Devin Schuck and Raffaello Van Couten bring their wealth of experience in the food and nightlife industry of New York to Williamsburg. Here, with the help of Chef Marcellus Coleman they have created a destination spot for excellent Asian accented fare, suburb cocktails, and the hip vibe one would expect in the evolving neighborhood.

Westerman did his homework, traveling the Northeast visiting farmers and discussing different techniques. This knowledge is on display here, with various terrines, his famous giblets platter and a whole section of the menu devoted to eggs.

Franco Aliberti, formerly of the Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, runs the kitchen at this shrine to Isle of Capri. With a seafood-heavy menu with such treats as grilled whole Mediterranean branzino and grigliata di pesce, with grilled shrimp, calamari and half lobster over pasta. Along with the pesce, the menu features brick-oven pizzas, large meat offerings like a grilled veal chop with rosemary potatoes and traditional Italian cocktails spiked with Campari and Limoncello.
