Brooklyn is known for having great Kosher restaurants, but there were no authentic Argentinean steakhouses like El Gaucho Glatt. Shmuel David, with vast knowledge in restaurant management, wanted to offer the Kosher community the exciting experience of eating an authentic Argentinean steak.
