One day we'll look back and talk about the restaurant brain-drain from Manhattan to Brooklyn in these tumultuous years at the turn of the century, but for now, Brooklyners are enjoying the exodus of great chefs to their territory, like former Gramercy Tavern and 'ino chef Schott Bridi, who has open the quirky Lot 2 in the south end of Park Slope, serving weirderies like olive oil poached cod and the somehow-alluring "lipstick on a pig."
