Created in 2004, the New York Comedy Festival is a seven-day festival featuring more than 200 comedians performing in more than 100 shows at venues throughout all five boroughs of New York City over ten days. The festival is produced by Carolines.

The New York Comedy Festival takes place at venues including the Apollo Theater, the Beacon Theatre, Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, The Theater at MSG and Town Hall, just to name a few.
